Ban Tổ chức trân trọng cảm ơn Quý đại biểu đã quan tâm và đăng ký tham dự Hội nghị Khoa học & Triển lãm Răng Hàm Mặt Quốc tế VIDEC 2026.
Đối với các trường hợp đã hoàn tất ghi danh nhưng chưa thực hiện thanh toán, kính đề nghị Quý đại biểu vui lòng hoàn tất thủ tục trước 23:59 ngày 14/07/2026 để được áp dụng mức phí đăng ký ưu đãi Early Bird.
Từ ngày 15/07/2026, các khoản thanh toán sẽ được áp dụng theo mức phí đăng ký mới theo quy định của Hội nghị.
Lưu ý:
** Việc ghi danh sẽ chỉ được xác nhận khi Ban Tổ chức nhận được khoản thanh toán hợp lệ.
** Các trường hợp đăng ký chưa hoàn tất thanh toán sẽ không được giữ mức phí Early Bird sau thời điểm chương trình ưu đãi kết thúc.
Ban Tổ chức kính mong Quý đại biểu lưu ý mốc thời gian trên để đảm bảo quyền lợi đăng ký và thuận lợi trong công tác chuẩn bị Hội nghị.

The Organizing Committee sincerely thanks you for your interest in and registration for the VIDEC 2026 International Dental Scientific Conference & Exhibition.
If you have completed your registration but have not yet completed your payment, please finalize your payment by 11:59 PM (GMT+7), 14 July 2026 to qualify for the Early Bird registration rate.
From 15 July 2026 onward, all payments will be processed according to the standard registration fee schedule.
Please note:
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment.
*** Delegates who have not completed their payment by the Early Bird deadline will not be eligible to retain the Early Bird registration rate.
*** The Organizing Committee kindly encourages all registered delegates to take note of this deadline to ensure their registration benefits and to facilitate the preparation of the Conference.
